Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of financial features and monetization services provided by Sanatanam Connect to verified temples, religious institutions, and content creators (collectively, "Partners"). By registering and enabling financial services on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Partners must complete a KYC verification process.
• A digitally signed declaration must be submitted by an authorized representative.
• Bank account details of the trust/institution/individual are mandatory.

• Sanatanam Connect facilitates collection of donations, seva/pooja bookings, and creator tips.
• Disbursals to Partners are made on a monthly basis.
• Platform may deduct a service/platform fee from each transaction before disbursal.
• No disbursement threshold is currently enforced (subject to change).

• Partners are responsible for fulfilling sevas/poojas booked through the app.
• Temples must upload a video proof (e.g., sankalpa or pooja recording) for each seva within 2–4 days.
• Repeated failure to fulfill bookings may result in warnings or suspension from financial services.
• Users are allowed to reschedule; cancellation or refund is not permitted.

• Platform fees vary by agreement with the Partner.
• In case of tipping/micro-gifting, 40% is retained by the platform and 60% is disbursed to the Partner.
• All fee structures are shared transparently and may be revised with prior notice.

• Government-controlled temples or institutions must not enable donation or seva booking features.
• It is the responsibility of the institution to self-declare and comply with this clause.

• Partners retain ownership of their posted content.
• Sanatanam Connect claims no IP rights unless the content is co-created under a separate agreement.

Sanatanam Connect is an intermediary platform and shall not be held liable for:

• •Non-performance of rituals
• •User dissatisfaction
• •Delays or failures in transaction settlement due to banking or technical issues

All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued usage implies acceptance of updated terms.
