Zero Tolerance Policy

Sanatanam Connect has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit:

  • Any content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
  • Any behavior or communication that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms minors
  • Any upload, sharing, or distribution of media involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Visual or written content involving minors in sexual acts
  • Grooming, solicitation, or manipulation of minors
  • Encouraging or promoting abusive or exploitative behavior
User Reporting & Safety Mechanisms

Users can report any suspicious or inappropriate content directly within the Sanatanam Connect mobile application using the in-app reporting feature.

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken, including:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension or termination
Moderation & Enforcement

We actively monitor and moderate user-generated content to detect and prevent violations related to child safety and CSAE.

Compliance with Laws
  • Sanatanam Connect complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations, including obligations related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies where required.
